Growing up In the Blue Ridge Mountains of Alleghany and Wilkes Counties shaped who I became from an early age. Some of my earliest memories are of the bird hunting and fly fishing culture surrounding our beloved mountains. From my job in the habitat management field, to my passions of grouse hunting and fly fishing for wild trout, the Blue Ridge Mountains are both a workplace and a playground. I am very humbled and excited to be a part of team Old River Outfitters, and hope to spread the word of our wonderful Corner of Western North Carolina!
